黄超 男 博士 硕士生导师 日本京都大学公派访问学者 湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师培养对象。 2016年6月获华东师范大学植物学博士学位,2017年以“神农学者青年英才”人才引进进入湖南农业大学生物科学技术学院工作。 主要研究工作: 叶绿体是植物细胞内重要的细胞器,是植物利用光能进行光合作用的主要场所。叶绿体的发育依赖于自身基因组的正常表达,叶绿体基因表达在转录以及转录后水平上都受到精细的调控,如转录起始调控、RNA剪接、RNA编辑等。植物激素作为微量的有机分子,对植物的生长、发育、衰老、休眠、抗逆性等诸多过程都具有极其重要的作用。课题组以模式植物拟南芥为对象,综合运用遗传学、分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物化学方法,研究植物激素与叶绿体发育及其基因表达调控的关系,为提高光合作用效率实现农业增产等应用提供理论基础。 科研项目:主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后面上基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目及湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目等6项。 研究论文: (1) Dan Liu(#), Zi-Ang Li(#),Yi Li,David P.
